About the Role

Senior HR & Admin Officer responsible for full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, compliance with Ethiopian labor law, and day‑to‑day office administration to support Green Scene Energy PLC’s renewable energy mission.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
  • Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Ethiopian law
  • Oversee performance management and training initiatives
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave records
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics
  • Handle day-to-day office administration and vendor coordination
  • Maintain internal communication channels and company records
  • Organize company events and travel arrangements
  • Support operations management with scheduling and documentation
