The Senior Accountant will manage the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with IFRS and tax regulations, and providing leadership and support to the accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and budgets on schedule
- Ensure accurate recording of transactions and proper supporting documentation
- Conduct cash flow forecasting and manage working capital
- Maintain fixed asset register and perform depreciation entries
- Reconcile bank and receivable/payable accounts
- Oversee VAT, payroll tax, and pension payments
- Provide technical support to junior accountants and coordinate with auditors
