The role involves monitoring progress, preparing reports, supporting sourcing and bid processes, managing supplier relationships, maintaining documentation, and driving process improvements to achieve cost efficiency and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement requests from subsidiaries
- Consolidate and track procurement activities
- Monitor progress from initiation to delivery
- Prepare analytical and status reports
- Support sourcing, RFQs, bid evaluation and supplier negotiations
- Maintain procurement documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements
