The Junior Customer Service & Compliance Officer delivers professional customer support throughout the lifecycle while ensuring all customer-related activities comply with legal and company standards. The role serves as a liaison between customers and multiple internal departments to resolve issues, manage contracts, and uphold regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary customer contact for inquiries, complaints, and post‑sales services
- Provide accurate information on products, services, contracts, and procedures
- Support contract preparation, verification, and administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and legal requirements
- Coordinate with Legal on disputes, cancellations, and correspondence
- Maintain confidential customer records and document control
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Technical, and Project teams for seamless service delivery
- Prepare periodic reports on customer service, compliance, and operational metrics
