About the Role

The Fleet Coordinator manages the organization’s vehicle fleet, overseeing maintenance, driver performance, logistics support, compliance, safety checks, reporting, and documentation to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee vehicle and motorcycle fleet maintenance and insurance compliance
  • Manage driver deployment, logbook submission, mileage, fuel consumption, and service history
  • Evaluate driver performance and implement training programs
  • Coordinate logistics for goods, materials, and personnel transport
  • Ensure vehicle safety checks and roadworthiness before trips
  • Maintain communication with drivers and teams during emergencies
  • Prepare and submit regular fleet status reports
  • Handle maintenance payment requests and insurance claims
  • Maintain all fleet documentation and registrations
