About the Role

The Driver is responsible for the safe transport of passengers and goods, ensuring vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and adherence to safety protocols while supporting GOAL Ethiopia’s humanitarian logistics operations.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport passengers and goods within legal limits
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct daily checks
  • Manage fuel usage and complete fuel vouchers
  • Plan trips, including overnight stays and communication equipment
  • Log all journeys in trip logs and logbooks
  • Report incidents and accidents promptly
  • Provide justifications for expenditures and submit timesheets
  • Coordinate with logistics staff on deliveries and inventory
