About the Role

Supports regional financial management and administrative operations for the P4P project in Oromia Region, ensuring accurate records, timely payments, and smooth logistical support.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly cash projections and manage cash advances
  • Verify invoices and ensure correct coding
  • Handle cash payments for training and workshops
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies and environment
  • Support HR activities such as recruitment and timesheet collection
