The Business Development & Partnerships Coordinator will lead bid processes, develop competitive funding proposals, and identify new donors to secure grants for GAIN Ethiopia’s projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate bid processes to produce high-quality proposals
- Manage internal teams for project design under tight timelines
- Track proposal components (narrative, budget, M&E plan, workplan)
- Identify new donors and funding opportunities
- Serve as key contact for funder intelligence
- Collaborate with country teams and technical experts on proposals
- Write, edit, and shape project proposals
- Align project design with donor priorities and guidelines
- Support development of proposal budgets with finance teams
- Define indicators to measure project progress and impact
