- Provide technical and business development support to SMEs under the iDPP framework
- Facilitate market linkages and partnerships among stakeholders
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops, B2B events, and capacity-building programs
- Support implementation of quality management, safety compliance, and digital traceability solutions
- Monitor project progress, promote products/services through outreach, and prepare technical reports
