Provide technical assistance and quality assurance for a green-skills upskilling program in Somalia, focusing on renewable energy and agribusiness sectors. Duties include needs analysis, capacity building of TVET colleges, pilot support, private sector engagement, and monitoring & evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct situational and needs analysis of TVET frameworks
- Assess institutional readiness of participating colleges
- Identify capacity gaps in training delivery and assessment
- Support pilot implementation and review feedback
- Facilitate partnership between colleges and SMEs
- Develop curriculum validation mechanisms
- Design competency-based training methodologies
- Monitor performance indicators and document lessons learned
