Lead the technical assistance and quality assurance for a green skills upskilling program targeting MSME employees in Somalia, ensuring alignment with enterprise needs and enhancing competitiveness in renewable energy and agribusiness sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and profile MSMEs in renewable energy and agribusiness
- Develop selection and engagement criteria
- Maintain communication with enterprises
- Strengthen partnerships between MSMEs and TVET colleges
- Conduct enterprise diagnostics to identify skill gaps
- Assess workforce competencies and training priorities
- Recommend training design
- Develop productivity improvement framework
- Support process and quality improvements
- Track enterprise outcomes and document results
