About the Role

The Senior Architect will spearhead architectural projects from concept through execution, ensuring high‑quality design, regulatory compliance and effective coordination across teams while mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of architectural projects
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for engineering, design and construction integration
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments
• Develop detailed plans, specifications and construction documents
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources
• Review and approve design proposals
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies
• Mentor junior architects
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients
