The role leads engineering projects, coordinating teams, monitoring progress, managing risks, and maintaining stakeholder relationships while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of engineering projects ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Coordinate cross‑departmental teams to streamline workflows and improve communication
• Monitor project progress, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions
• Develop and maintain external stakeholder relationships
• Prepare and present regular updates to senior management
• Establish and enforce best practices and methodologies
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Facilitate inclusive project meetings
• Utilize project management tools to track milestones and deliverables
• Provide mentorship and promote continuous learning
