The Project Manager leads all phases of building construction projects, ensuring safe, on‑time, within‑budget delivery while maintaining quality, contractual, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day construction site operations
- Develop and implement project execution strategies
- Coordinate civil, architectural, structural, and MEP works
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules
- Supervise subcontractors and site engineers
- Prepare detailed execution plans and construction schedules
- Administer construction contracts and manage variation orders
- Monitor project budgets and control material wastage
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and HSE policies
- Maintain project documentation and report risks
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and procurement activities
