Lead the company’s transportation and general service functions, ensuring efficient operations, vehicle compliance, and effective vendor management while reporting on performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day transportation operations
- Coordinate and supervise drivers
- Monitor delivery times and costs
- Resolve operational problems and emergencies
- Handle vehicle maintenance and insurance renewals
- Control fleet activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports
- Direct general and administrative services including facilities and maintenance
- Oversee janitorial services
- Manage business contracts and vendor agreements
