The Senior Human Resource Officer will oversee end-to-end recruitment, maintain comprehensive employee records, manage payroll processes, and produce regular HR reports to support the company’s human resource operations.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, select, and onboard qualified candidates across the organization
- Maintain employee records in compliance with policy and legal requirements
- Ensure monthly payroll inputs are organized for timely salary payments
- Manage employee documentation and personnel files
- Generate monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual HR reports
- Provide excellent written communication
- Utilize computer skills in database management, Excel, Word, Access
