About the Role

The ICT Manager leads the planning, implementation, and management of the company’s technology infrastructure, including ERP systems, network security, hardware/software maintenance, and vendor relations, while guiding a skilled IT team to support business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ICT strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead ERP system implementation, customization, and maintenance
  • Manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, servers, routers, firewalls) ensuring security and performance
  • Implement cybersecurity measures and enforce policies
  • Oversee software and hardware procurement, installation, and license compliance
  • Provide help desk support and troubleshoot user issues
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with ICT vendors
  • Develop and control the ICT budget
  • Lead ICT projects to ensure timely completion within budget
  • Maintain data integrity and backup procedures
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and security standards
  • Lead and develop high-performing ICT team
  • Document systems and processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
