The ICT Manager leads the planning, implementation, and management of the company’s technology infrastructure, including ERP systems, network security, hardware/software maintenance, and vendor relations, while guiding a skilled IT team to support business operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ICT strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead ERP system implementation, customization, and maintenance
- Manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, servers, routers, firewalls) ensuring security and performance
- Implement cybersecurity measures and enforce policies
- Oversee software and hardware procurement, installation, and license compliance
- Provide help desk support and troubleshoot user issues
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with ICT vendors
- Develop and control the ICT budget
- Lead ICT projects to ensure timely completion within budget
- Maintain data integrity and backup procedures
- Ensure regulatory compliance and security standards
- Lead and develop high-performing ICT team
- Document systems and processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
