Senior Finance Manager responsible for strategic financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and capital management to drive profitability and growth in a manufacturing and agro‑industry context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate goals
• Lead budgeting, planning, and financial reporting
• Oversee daily financial operations and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Ethiopian laws, and internal controls
• Coordinate audits and resolve findings
• Plan capital structure and secure funding
• Implement ERP systems and digital finance tools
• Lead and develop senior finance staff
• Collaborate cross‑functionally on projects and stakeholder communication
