The Finance Director will lead the company’s financial strategy, operations, and compliance, driving growth through robust planning, risk management, and technology adoption while guiding a high-performance finance team.
Responsibilities
- Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Serve as strategic advisor to CEO and executive team
- Lead budgeting, planning and financial reporting
- Oversee daily financial operations and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and Ethiopian laws
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Design internal control systems
- Plan capital structure and fundraising
- Implement ERP and digital finance solutions
- Lead and develop senior finance managers
- Collaborate across departments for financial alignment
