Lead all warehouse operations for Gentium Concrete Industries, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, safe handling of construction materials, and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, unloading, storage and dispatch
- Ensure proper handling of construction materials
- Maintain organized storage layout for easy access and stock rotation
- Prepare and dispatch customer orders on time
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Odoo
- Conduct regular stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards
- Implement proper stacking and material storage practices
- Supervise warehouse staff, storekeepers and loaders
- Provide stock availability reports
