Responsibilities
- Process day‑to‑day financial transactions
- Maintain records in QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Assist with budgeting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with donor and local regulations
- Prepare documentation for audits
- Handle payroll and tax submissions
- Provide financial guidance to project staff
