About the Role

The Finance Officer supports the organization’s financial operations by managing transactions, preparing reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in budgeting and audit activities.

Responsibilities

  • Process day‑to‑day financial transactions
  • Maintain records in QuickBooks
  • Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Assist with budgeting and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with donor and local regulations
  • Prepare documentation for audits
  • Handle payroll and tax submissions
  • Provide financial guidance to project staff
