The Liaison Officer acts as the main liaison between Genbi International Trading PLC and external stakeholders, managing relationships, communications, negotiations, and regulatory compliance across diverse business sectors.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Serve as primary point of contact for external inquiries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials
- Negotiate agreements and resolve conflicts
- Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare filings
- Provide administrative support and coordinate meetings
- Drive tasks to completion independently
- Report on stakeholder engagement and progress
