Urgent Project Lead – Fintech

About the Role

Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic fintech initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget and regulatory objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through implementation ensuring scope, timeline and budget delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and resource requirements
• Establish governance, reporting mechanisms and performance tracking processes
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigation plans
• Coordinate activities across Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance and Commercial teams
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular status updates and recommendations
• Ensure deliverables align with business goals, customer needs and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery standards
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization and resource allocation
