The Inventory & Warehouse Supervisor plans, coordinates, and controls warehouse operations to maintain accurate inventory, improve procedures, and generate performance reports while ensuring compliance and supporting business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, dispatch and inventory control activities
- Monitor and control inventory using ERP or warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, finance and operations teams
- Supervise personnel and enforce safety practices
- Recommend process improvements to reduce losses
