Lead the organization’s people and administration functions, ensuring efficient operations, strong internal controls, and support to project teams across Ethiopia and the East Africa region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR, administrative, logistics, procurement, and facility operations across Ethiopia and East Africa
- Develop and maintain SOPs, trackers, and reporting tools
- Coordinate staff travel, deployment, and field logistics
- Manage company vehicles, equipment, and office assets
- Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll documentation, and compliance with Ethiopian labor law
- Prepare operational and HR reports for management
