The Cross-Border Solutions Coordinator will lead international partnership initiatives, design and deliver client-focused training programs, and manage cross-border projects to enhance regional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate international partnership initiatives and cross-border projects
- Engage in client onboarding for CBS solutions and identify expansion countries
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on CBS activities
- Organize or source training programs with foreign experts
- Develop training materials such as manuals and handbooks
- Facilitate learning via classroom instruction, virtual training, coaching, exposure visits and experience sharing
- Design assessment tools to measure effectiveness of CBS solutions
- Track, report, and provide feedback on training outcomes and program impact
- Handle logistics for training activities including travel, venues, equipment
- Coordinate off-site or abroad training activities for clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with external solution partners
- Continuously update and improve CBS solutions
