About the Role

The Cross-Border Solutions Coordinator will lead international partnership initiatives, design and deliver client-focused training programs, and manage cross-border projects to enhance regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international partnership initiatives and cross-border projects
  • Engage in client onboarding for CBS solutions and identify expansion countries
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on CBS activities
  • Organize or source training programs with foreign experts
  • Develop training materials such as manuals and handbooks
  • Facilitate learning via classroom instruction, virtual training, coaching, exposure visits and experience sharing
  • Design assessment tools to measure effectiveness of CBS solutions
  • Track, report, and provide feedback on training outcomes and program impact
  • Handle logistics for training activities including travel, venues, equipment
  • Coordinate off-site or abroad training activities for clients
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external solution partners
  • Continuously update and improve CBS solutions
