- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation programs
- Oversee personnel files and HR documentation
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Administer performance appraisal systems
- Coordinate training needs and staff development programs
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor law and company rules
- Handle payroll inputs, benefits, leave administration, and attendance
