About the Role

Lead HR and administrative functions for Fountain International Trading P.L.C, developing strategies, ensuring compliance with Ethiopian labor law, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance appraisal, training, payroll, and fostering organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategy
  • Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation programs
  • Oversee personnel files and HR documentation
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Administer performance appraisal systems
  • Coordinate training needs and staff development programs
  • Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor law and company rules
  • Handle payroll inputs, benefits, leave administration, and attendance
