This internship provides first‑level IT support across multiple campuses, handling hardware, software, network issues, lab maintenance, asset management, and daily monitoring to ensure reliable technology services for students and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide first‑level technical assistance to students, faculty and staff for hardware, software and basic network issues
- Assist with software installations, system configuration, updates and user account management
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on computers, printers and office machines
- Cross‑check and maintain school ICT labs daily ensuring all systems are functional
- Maintain campus IT inventory logs and technical documentation
- Help implement and enforce school IT security policies and procedures
- Conduct mandatory daily diagnostic checks and prepare morning reports for the IT Manager
