About the Role

The Regional Coordinator will serve as the primary on‑site representative for First Consult Africa Development in a designated Ethiopian city, coordinating all phases of the Integrated Business Plan Competition program, engaging stakeholders, ensuring compliance with project standards, and providing regular updates to senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional stakeholder engagement and beneficiary mobilization
  • Oversee implementation of all BPC phases (launch, training, pitching, post-award support)
  • Coordinate outreach, registration, and selection processes
  • Facilitate training delivery and business mentoring
  • Ensure compliance with inclusion targets and project safeguards
  • Monitor progress, identify challenges, and report to management
  • Support MERL activities and reporting
