About the Role

The Technical Director will oversee live studio operations, ensuring seamless switcher performance, signal integrity, and coordinated crew execution to deliver high‑quality broadcasts.

Responsibilities

Operate video production switchers during live transmissions
Execute real‑time commands from the Director
Configure macro keys, DVE, and keyers before production
Monitor signal quality to meet national standards
Test camera, monitor, lighting, and microphone setups pre‑air
Direct control room staff for synchronized pacing
Review playlists and scripts for overlays and graphics
