The Project Coordinator will manage the BRIGHT Project, ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, financial compliance, and stakeholder engagement across Ethiopia while supporting fundraising and strategic program development.
Responsibilities
- Ensure project activities are implemented according to approved plans and stakeholder involvement
- Monitor, evaluate and report on project progress and outcomes
- Manage project finances in line with FCA guidelines
- Align project work with Ethiopian government policies and child protection standards
- Conduct field visits for monitoring and quality assurance
- Mentor local partners on planning and delivery of activities
- Promote best practice project management processes
- Document lessons learned and share with team
- Explore funding opportunities and prepare donor proposals
- Lead joint multi-sector needs assessments
- Represent FCA in external forums and stakeholder meetings
