The Project Mobilization and Monitoring Officer will serve as the operational backbone of FC Africa’s PMU, overseeing project kick‑offs, tracking, reporting, invoicing, client satisfaction, risk management, and close‑out to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with donor requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead project kick‑offs and set up tracker entries
- Coordinate resource recruitment with HR
- Maintain and update PM tracker
- Monitor implementation against scope, timeline, and budget
- Track receivables and follow up on invoices
- Manage reporting calendar for donors and internal stakeholders
- Monitor client satisfaction and document feedback
- Ensure formal close‑out of projects and lessons learned
- Identify and log project risks and support mitigation
