The Project Facilitation Officer supports planning, coordination, and execution of the Integrated Business Plan Competition for refugees and host communities, ensuring timely delivery of entrepreneurship development activities, stakeholder engagement, and financial inclusion outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate entrepreneurship development activities for participants
- Assess business ideas and plans for viability and growth potential
- Manage stakeholder engagement with ILO, UNHCR, financial institutions, and local partners
- Facilitate access-to-finance opportunities and enterprise formalization
- Monitor implementation progress and prepare periodic reports
- Organize training, consultations, and award ceremonies
- Maintain project records and tracking tools
- Support budgeting and expenditure monitoring
