About the Role

Lead the design and implementation of a full MERL system from scratch for EthiopiaAI, ensuring robust monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning processes that inform decision‑making and impact measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Refine Theory of Change and Logical Framework
  • Develop comprehensive MERL framework and indicators
  • Draft master MERL manual and SOPs for data collection and QA
  • Create annual workplan aligned with project timeline
  • Design surveys, interview guides and dashboard wireframes
  • Establish learning agenda and reflection mechanisms
  • Report to Programme Lead
