The MERL Analyst will manage the EthiopiaAI program’s monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning system, ensuring rigorous data collection, quality assurance, timely reporting, and active implementation of the learning agenda to support project adaptation.
Responsibilities
- Adopt and maintain MERL framework, LogFrame, IPTT
- Deploy and manage digital data collection tools
- Conduct field monitoring visits and DQAs
- Supervise and train field staff on data collection methods
- Execute annual MERL workplan within budget
- Aggregate, analyze, and report quantitative and qualitative data
- Update real-time dashboards for management
- Operationalize learning agenda and facilitate reflection sessions
- Coordinate external consultants for mid-term and final evaluations
