The Field Officer will coordinate and oversee the implementation of MESMER program activities across Adama and Gondar, ensuring effective grant disbursement, BDS/PSS delivery, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to support MSMEs in the region.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of MESMER program activities in regions
- Coordinate grant disbursements and BDS/PSS delivery
- Conduct field visits and monitor interventions
- Prepare reports and maintain data quality
- Engage stakeholders and manage communications
- Facilitate partnerships with banks, MFIs, NGOs
