About the Role

The Field Officer will coordinate and oversee the implementation of MESMER program activities across Adama and Gondar, ensuring effective grant disbursement, BDS/PSS delivery, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to support MSMEs in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of MESMER program activities in regions
  • Coordinate grant disbursements and BDS/PSS delivery
  • Conduct field visits and monitor interventions
  • Prepare reports and maintain data quality
  • Engage stakeholders and manage communications
  • Facilitate partnerships with banks, MFIs, NGOs
