About the Role

The role involves consulting for FC Africa Development to monitor, build capacity, and report on financial service provider activities in Woldiya, Ethiopia, focusing on inclusion, digital literacy, and post‑conflict recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement capacity‑building initiatives for FSPs and MSMEs
  • Conduct operational reviews and deliver training on governance, controls and credit management
  • Support financial literacy cascading to beneficiaries via SACCOs, MFIs and banks
  • Assist in KYC compliance and ID issuance processes
  • Establish partnerships with banks, MFIs, digital providers and SACCOs
  • Prepare baseline assessments, weekly progress reports, quarterly and annual reports
  • Develop performance tracking systems and KPIs
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing workshops and peer‑learning sessions
