Project Officer

About the Role

The Project Officer will lead program coordination, community engagement, and monitoring in selected woredas, ensuring that economic empowerment activities for young women are delivered effectively and meet donor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and supervise field teams in woreda locations
• Build and maintain relationships with local government, NGOs and community leaders
• Support recruitment and transition of women into VSLAs and micro-enterprises
• Collect, verify and report on MEL data
• Mentor volunteers and facilitators to strengthen facilitation skills
