Responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations within the company’s storage facilities.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
- Issue materials and products per approved requests
- Maintain accurate stock balance records and bin cards
- Organize items properly in the store
- Conduct periodic stock counting and inventory reconciliation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and report shortages
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store area
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and other departments regarding inventory matters
