The Sustainable Supply Manager leads commercial growth by developing paid advisory contracts in coffee, horticulture, and technical assistance, engaging corporates and investors to diversify Farm Africa’s income while strengthening smallholder supply chains.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end commercial pipeline across coffee, horticulture, and technical assistance streams
- Develop proposals, pricing, and margin protection strategies
- Negotiate and close contracts with corporates, traders, and investors
- Manage a profitable portfolio of advisory contracts
- Build senior relationships with corporates, traders, retailers, foundations, and impact investors
- Lead a lean core team and embed ESG policies across the unit
