The Project Coordinator will lead the day‑to‑day implementation of a biodiversity conservation project in Oromia, managing budgets, reporting, and partner coordination while ensuring quality delivery and adherence to donor requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage project implementation at field office level, coordinating with partners and stakeholders
- Prepare and monitor work plans and budgets
- Produce internal progress reports and financial statements
- Lead monitoring & evaluation activities and report to donor
- Provide line management and coaching to staff
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure compliance with procurement and safeguarding policies
