About the Role

The Project Coordinator will lead the day‑to‑day implementation of a biodiversity conservation project in Oromia, managing budgets, reporting, and partner coordination while ensuring quality delivery and adherence to donor requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project implementation at field office level, coordinating with partners and stakeholders
  • Prepare and monitor work plans and budgets
  • Produce internal progress reports and financial statements
  • Lead monitoring & evaluation activities and report to donor
  • Provide line management and coaching to staff
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure compliance with procurement and safeguarding policies
