About the Role

The Project Coordinator will manage the implementation of a biodiversity conservation project at Metu Field office, coordinating planning, budgeting, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to achieve project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day project implementation at Metu Field office
  • Plan, monitor, and report on activities and budgets
  • Coordinate with partners and stakeholders across all levels
  • Manage financial resources and ensure compliance with donor requirements
  • Drive monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes
  • Provide leadership and coaching to project staff
  • Represent the project in government and community forums
