The Project Coordinator will manage the implementation of a biodiversity conservation project at Metu Field office, coordinating planning, budgeting, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to achieve project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day project implementation at Metu Field office
- Plan, monitor, and report on activities and budgets
- Coordinate with partners and stakeholders across all levels
- Manage financial resources and ensure compliance with donor requirements
- Drive monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes
- Provide leadership and coaching to project staff
- Represent the project in government and community forums
