Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and provide actionable insights
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with the Head of Finance
- Oversee financial health including reporting and compliance
- Provide analytical support for strategic decision making
