About the Role

Oversee all financial and investment functions of the company, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards while producing accurate financial reports and supporting strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate and direct financial, accounting, investment and share management activities
• Ensure proper financial management systems and policies are established
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements and reports
• Maintain shareholders register and fixed asset register
• Facilitate external audits and manage reinsurance accounting activities
