The role involves comprehensive finance and administration duties for the MHSRH Clinic, including cash management, banking operations, asset and inventory control, procurement, personnel administration, and reporting to support program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage petty cash and prepare replenishment reports
- Collect bank statements, checks and other banking documents
- Process financial collections and disbursements, ensuring accurate deposits
- Maintain fixed asset register and oversee depreciation
- Handle procurement, inventory control and office supplies
- Coordinate personnel matters such as recruitment, training and performance evaluation
- Prepare financial summaries and reports for the clinic
- Ensure timely payment of payroll, taxes, utilities and other obligations
