The Senior MEAL Officer leads the design, implementation, and oversight of a comprehensive MEAL system for the EmpowHER Project, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting to support evidence-based decision-making and accountability across family planning and SRH services.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the project MEAL framework
- Coordinate data collection, quality assurance and analysis
- Lead monitoring of service delivery and survivor support
- Implement accountability mechanisms and community engagement
- Conduct evaluations and learning reviews
- Prepare donor reports and knowledge products
