The Project Manager will lead strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and technical oversight of the Health Happens Here initiative to reduce teenage pregnancies and improve sexual and reproductive health outcomes across Ethiopia.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the Health Happens Here project
- Coordinate stakeholders including governments, CSOs, and youth groups
- Oversee health systems strengthening and service delivery interventions
- Lead advocacy, social norms change, and policy engagement activities
- Manage monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) processes
- Ensure financial compliance and safeguarding standards are met
- Build and mentor the project implementation team
