About the Role

The Cluster Officer oversees the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of SMART START, IUCD SCALE-UP & DMPA SC SI projects at the woreda level, ensuring quality service delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities at woreda level
Plan and supervise facility implementation
Conduct gap assessments and develop action plans
Provide technical mentoring to health facilities
Organize training for providers
Ensure data capture tools are used correctly
Monitor quality of care standards
Prepare periodic performance reports
Support supply chain management
Develop community mobilization strategies
