About the Role

The Digital Health Lead will steer the design, implementation, and scaling of digital health solutions across Eyu‑Ethiopia’s programs, ensuring alignment with national strategies, enhancing interoperability, and fostering data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for digital health interventions
• Align initiatives with national strategy and organizational plan
• Lead planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure donor compliance
• Offer guidance on health information systems and data architecture
• Promote interoperability and data security
• Develop dashboards and analytics tools
• Engage partners and represent the organization in forums
• Build capacity of staff and partners
