Senior Project Manager responsible for end‑to‑end execution of high‑rise construction projects, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high‑rise construction projects from groundbreaking to handover
- Develop baseline schedules tracking critical milestones and structural sequencing
- Monitor budgets, manage cash flow, approve variations, implement cost controls
- Source, negotiate with, and supervise MEP and specialized subcontractors
- Enforce QA/QC protocols and HSE standards
- Act as liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities
